To place a bid on a HUD Home, the Real Estate Broker must first aquire a NAID number.
Licensed Real Estate Brokers may obtain a NAID Number by visiting http://www.hudhomestore.com/Listing/NaidApplication.aspx?sLanguage=ENGLISH and completing the application process.
Once a NAID Number has been assigned the Broker and the Salepersons in the Brokers employ may register to place bids on HUD homes using the NAID number and providing their DRE license number and the Employing Brokers EIN. At the top of the page there are instructional videos to assist you in the proccess. They are each just a few minutes long, but very helpful.
Once you have been registered as a Bidder, you may log in to the HUD Homestore and place your BID!
